About Quail Tools

Quail Tools is a specialized oil tool rental company serving major and independent energy companies. The company rents specialized equipment used in well drilling, production, and workover applications. Quail offers a full line of drill pipe, drill collars, tubing, high- and low-pressure blowout preventers, choke manifolds, casing scrapers, and junk and cement mills.

Quail was founded in 1978 by Robert N. (Bob) White, who, along with his sons Marc White and Keith White, continues to manage this growing company which provides quality tools, dependable service and a commitment to customers. In November 1996, Quail became part of the Parker Drilling family of energy companies.

Quail's base of operations is a 55,000 square foot facility on a 15-acre complex in New Iberia, La. Quail expanded operations with a 44,000 square foot facility on an 11-acre complex in Victoria, Texas, and a 10,000 square foot facility on nearly 10 acres in Odessa, Texas, to serve a growing oil and gas market in that region. Quail Tools also has locations in Evanston, Wyoming and Texarkana, Texas. The Texas location opened in the spring of 2007.
