2009
Parker's Aviation division received the "Corporate Business Flying Safety Award" from the National Business Aviation Association for operating business aircraft for 17 consecutive years without an accident.
Exxon Neftegas Ltd. presents Parker Drilling with a "Recognition for Excellence in Safety" for safe operations at the Sakhalin-1 Consortium's Orlan drilling and production platform and Yastreb extended-reach drilling rig.
2008
Parker's Papua New Guinea and New Zealand divisions were awarded the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association's Onshore Drilling Safety Award for the fifth consecutive year.
ConocoPhillips presents crews of Parker Barge Rigs 50B, 55B and 77B with an award in recognition of Parker employee efforts and company leadership towards safety in ConocoPhillips Gulf Of Mexico, South Louisiana and Fee Lands Operations.
2007
Parker Drilling was named as one of America's Safest Companies for 2007 by Occupational Hazards Magazine.
Parker Drilling Rig 216 received the 2007 BG Chairman's HSE Performance Award. BG, one of the four members working to develop Kazakhstan's Karachaganak field, developed the Chairman's Awards to recognize excellence within BG, its joint ventures and its contractors, and reward exemplary performance, innovation and the transfer of best practices.
Parker's Papua New Guinea and New Zealand divisions were awarded the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association's Onshore Drilling Safety Award for the fourth consecutive year.
2006
Parker's Papua New Guinea division awarded Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association's Onshore Drilling Safety Award for the third consecutive year.
2005
Parker Drilling sets new company record with lowest Total Recordable Incident Rate (0.97) among IADC members for 2005.
Parker's Papua New Guinea division awarded Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association's Onshore Drilling Safety Award for 2005.
Parker's Mexico division base camp kitchen was awarded the "Distincto H" accreditation from the Mexican government for cleanliness and the appropriate handling of food served at the base camp and in the field.
Halliburton recognized Parker Drilling De Mexico for one year without any recordable injuries on Rigs 165, 174 and 256.
Parker Drilling's New Zealand Division received two letters of recognition regarding Operational Performance and HSE excellence from their clients, Swift Energy and Todd Oilfield Services.
Parker Drilling New Zealand achieved 100% HSE compliance in an audit conducted by the regulatory office of the New Zealand Department of Labor.
Parker Drilling Company received ISO recertification registration for Quality Management System.
2004
Parker Drilling's Colombian Division was presented with the ISO 14001 Certificate on March 17, 2004, certifying that the Environmental Management System established to monitor all of PDC Andes Operations (Colombia, Peru, Bolivia) is compliant to the internationally accepted standard (ISO 14001).
2003
Parker Drilling personnel working offshore in the South China Sea received ConocoPhillips' Contractor HSE Performance Award for Drilling Contractors.
ChevronTexaco North America Upstream, Gulf of Mexico Business Units presented Parker Drilling with its Outstanding Drilling Contractor Award for Exemplary HES Performance at the 1st Annual Contractor Award Luncheon.
In Colombia, BP Exploration Company recognized Parker Drilling for supporting its efforts in attaining the Certification in Safety and Occupational Health (OHSAS 18001).
2002
In Colombia BP Exploration Company expressed its appreciation to personnel on Rigs 165, 174, 221 and 260 for helping BP reach ISO 14001 recertification.
The Colombia Division HSE and Training departments received 98.8 percent (2167 of the possible 2185 points) from the Colombian National Safety Council audit and were given the Emerald Cross Award at the National HSE Congress. HSE programs are measured and evaluated through this audit.
Colombia Division received 99.2 percent from the Hydrocarbon Contractors Unique Registration (RUC) Audit.
Rig 75 in Nigeria helped achieve ISO 14001 certification for the customer.
In recognition of their HSE efforts, the crew of Rig 226 in Papua New Guinea was presented with a safety award for Best Land Rig Drilling Contractor by the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association.
ChevronTexaco recognized the crew of jackup Rig 21 for one year incident free operations, as defined by achieving zero OSHA Recordable Injuries, zero Government Non-Compliance Incidents, zero Fires, zero Spills into the Environment and zero Civil Penalties. ChevronTexaco also presented Rig 22 with the highest award given for notable performance, the "Award for Excellence."
Crews of jackup Rig 21 in the Gulf of Mexico were recognized by ChevronTexaco for five years without a lost time incident.
ChevronTexaco gave barge Rig 51 in the Gulf of Mexico the ChevronTexaco North America Upstream President's Recognition for three years with incident free operations.
The Colombian Safety Council presented Parker Drilling with a Special Recognition for reducing its TRIR by 20% during 2002 in comparison with 2001.
2001
The Safety Council of Colombia awarded the Colombia Division a 100 percent score on a safety audit.
The Colombia Division was given the Gold Medal from Petrobras Unidad de Negocios Colombia for outstanding HSE performance during the second quarter.
2000
The Bolivian Division received an award from Maxus for being the contractor with the best performance in HSE while drilling the Caipipendi block.
The Papua New Guinea Division was recognized by the Australian Petroleum Production and Exploration Association Limited (APPEA) for superior safety achievement.
Texaco congratulated Rig 51 for its outstanding HSE performance in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Colombia Division received the Emerald Cross Medal of Merit from the Colombian Safety Council for its outstanding HSE performance.
BP Amoco recognized Parker Drilling for supporting its effort to reach Colombia ISO 14001 certification (environmental standard).
The Santiago de las Atalayas Association and Ecopetrol, Triton and Total regarding the support and good performance during the critical fire incident in the Cupiagua field.
